Tip Top Lofts are a beautiful "True Loft" conversion on the Lake. Certain developments are designed to be true "Addresses". This is one loft that holds the potential for just such recognition. Huge windows and ceilings with original massive cement pillars furnish the ideal backdrop for what may become the City's Loft of Distinction.
