Foundry Lofts is a project of E-Park Development Corporation. This same builder is responsible for a number of projects in the immediate vicinity of the lofts. Originally this building served as a factory for railway locomotives. It is located south of Davenport, north of Dupont St, on the west side of Lansdowne Avenue. The integrity of the building is preserved with only three stories containing 104 units in total. The original vaulted ceiling enclosed a spectacular atrium courtyard that provides inspiration during the summer or winter. 

One bedroom lofts are around 700 square feet, one bedroom + den are just over 1100 square feet. Two bedroom lofts are from 715 to 1,905 square feet and two bedroom + den units are just under 1200 square feet.
